Vardousia mountains, Central Greece, autumn 2025
Akeydor’s Team climbed to the top of Vardousia mountains at 2,497m which is located in the mountain peninsula of central Greece, surrounded by sharp peaks and wonderful alpine forests!
Vardousia mountain is characterized by its Alpine terrain and difficulty level in reaching the top summit called “Korakas” at 2,497 meters above sea level. The mountain is known for its multiple sharp peaks and level of difficulty and steep climb to reach the top. Although there are several peaks, Vardousia main peak Korakas has a difficulty level with a steep path starting from the alpine terrain.
Akeydor’s team reached the summit crossing an adventurous ascent that required immense effort, and culminated in the perfect reward standing at 2,497 meters. Careful planning, preparation, mental resilience, courage, and effective communication were essential in accomplishing the goal.
